 Due to the unique nature of our handmade crafts, we can only offer refunds for items that are demonstrably faulty upon arrival. To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the defect. We will assess the issue and, if deemed faulty, provide a full refund for the item, including return shipping costs. All returns must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Shipping costs for non-faulty returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 2-14 days for us to create and process your order.  Most items are made to order; however, some pieces may be available for immediate shipment. Custom orders may take more time, given the design and creation time. Thank you for your patience!
