Pricing and Payment
A custom order fee may apply depending on the complexity of the design.
Pricing will be quoted before production begins.
Full payment is required upfront to secure your order.
Custom Design Process
We want you to love your piece! For fully custom designs, we will provide a concept preview before finalizing the piece. Minor adjustments may be made within reason. However, once a design is approved, no further changes can be made.
Turnaround Time
Custom orders typically take 1 week to complete, once design is made and agreed upon. The turnaround time for custom pieces will also depend on the availability of materials. If the required materials are not on hand, additional time may be needed to source them. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee—please inquire about availability.
Revisions and Approvals

Custom Order Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders:
All custom sales are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of payment; after this period, your order is non-refundable.
