Turnaround Time

Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks to complete, once design is made and agreed upon. The turnaround time for custom pieces will also depend on the availability of materials. If the required materials are not on hand, additional time may be needed to source them. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee—please inquire about availability.

Revisions and Approvals

We want you to love your piece! For fully custom designs, we will provide a concept preview before finalizing the piece. Minor adjustments may be made within reason. However, once a design is approved, no further changes can be made.

Custom Order Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders:

• All custom sales are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of payment; after this period, your order is non-refundable.
